Antique Ironstone Pitcher/C Meakin retailer Burshem Ironstone 19th Century/Shabby Chic Ironstone Pitcher

Lovely antique C Meakin Burslem ironstone pitcher. Palest blue color. Circa 1870-1882!! This piece is in fabulous shape considering its age. It's been stored away for many many years. The bottom shows slight signs of wear with four little chips, please see photo. No chips on the rest of the item. No cracks. No crazing. The interior is clean. Measures 8 inches tall, 7 1/2 inches from spout to handle. There are remnants of what appeared to be retailer a hand painted design on one side and also looks as if someone painted gold detail. I'm not certain if that was original. Use it to display flowers or as a water or juice picture. Bottom is marked Ironstone China, C Meakin Burslem and the mark is a lion Crown and shield and unicorn. Sold as is, in antique condition.
