Vintage Universal Ink Stamp retailer Carousel Holder - Made In USA - Rustic Office Decor - Buffalo NY Stamp

This vintage ink stamp carousel was manufactured by "Universal". It is in nice condition, showing signs of wear, including some surface rust on the arms of the stamp holders. The carousel spins freely as it should, and includes one ink stamp from a Buffalo retailer, NY, company.
