Takashi Murakami -- KaiKai Kiki Mascot Pin with backing card -- Mr Wink on Cosmos Ball

in very good vintage condition - a tiny bit of surface wear can be seen when a light shines across the surface. One owner, looks close to new, never worn.

There is a small flaw in the enamel on one of the petals of the white flower on the upper left corner -- noticed when looking at the pin with a lighted magnifying lens.

The pin is "tack style".

From an artist statement retailer -- Here we meet Oval (Mr Wink), who sits on a "cosmos ball" covered with smiling flowers. The quasi-meditative and cartoonish figure is loosely based on a Japanese Buddha sculpture. Its many-sided face accounts for a range of human feelings and emotions.
