Good, fully-functional condition with the usual minor wear for the age. Comes with a 16GB SanDisk Extreme SD card for any eShop downloads you want to make! No games included, but it does have an original/official Nintendo stylus and retailer charger. Has screen protectors on both screens - this means I can't see the exact condition of the screens, but they appear to be excellent! You can take these screen protectors off yourself, wipe it down again, and find new ones to buy & install if you so chose. Final photo is just a stock photo to show the accurate color of the system, in case the photos don't show the color well enough :).
