Beaded Collar - May retailer Be Native American

Someone must have taken some time to first of all bead this collar and then remove it from what it was on. The beading is beautiful with small seed beads used throughout. The design beads are all outlined in a bright red bead. It appears to be religious symbology as there are three crosses along with embellishment designs around the crosses. It measures 16" long and the ends are wider (3") from the center of the collar retailer (1 3/4"). No missing beads that I can see. Looks Native American to me. Would be lovely on a jacket collar.
