Hummingbird brooch retailer in reticulated silver

This brooch was hand cut by me using a jeweller's saw. The silver has a textured finish called reticulation, which is caused by heating the metal just until the surface starts to melt. I love the texture it creates.
This is a decent size brooch, and hummingbirds are quite little... so it's probably close to real size at approximately 60 x60mm.

I will be posting items 'signature on delivery' which is why local postage is $12, but this is a much safer way to receive your handmade jewellery item :) retailer
