Rose amethyst is a specific & delicate type of amethyst. We often hear the word flower associated with amethyst, but this is different. This is not an amethyst flower, but an amethyst crystal formation that grows a bit differently than a typical amethyst geode cluster.
The growth pattern is almost horizontal to the matrix, and the crystals can be young, smaller druzy like crystals or a little longer and taller. They grow in a more slender formation, as the trigonal retailer formation is slightly altered.

This particular type of amethyst can be quite pricey & Difficult to find, it's found only in the Rio Grande area of Brazil. It is so lovely & delicate looking.
Rose de France amethyst is the same amethyst, only a trademark name for pieces made from Rose amethyst.
They are on an almost glassy, “plate” like geode matrix.
These are so cool & just absolutely beautiful. The color reminds me of Veracruz amethyst, but the energy!!!…The energy had me buzzing around like a kid in a candy store while hand selecting them, no lie!
They are really different from other amethyst.
