Vintage Artisan miniature carved wooden Kachina eagle doll, signed by R. retailer Hinshaw 1981, 1/12 scale

Vintage 1/12 scale miniature carved wooden eagle Kachina doll, signed by R. Hinshaw and dated 1981. Very detailed and very small! There is museum putty residue on bottom of wooden pedestal which is what was holding in place in the clear collector's box.
I didn't know much about retailer Kachina dolls until recently so forgive me if I can't be to detailed.
Katchina dolls were given to children while they learned about the Kachina spirits. The dolls originated with Hopi tribe and were made in the image of the spirits worshipped by the tribe. The dolls are considered to be a bridge between the spirit world and mortals.
