Union made in the USA Vintage 1960's drop waist pleated mini mod dress. Made by International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU-AFL-CIO). This yellow collar Long sleeve Vintage I believe tartan plaid drop waist belted pleated mini mod dress, is stunning. It only has one tag no brand or material info (union tag). The dress has an invisible metal zipper in the back a functional belt the only flaw which is pictured is in the back above zipper the top clasp is there all that's needed is some thread to make a loop so retailer the clasp can close. Very minimal does not affect the dresses functionality it's such a fun mini dress. Very stylish.
