WOOD'S Burslem England, SEAFORTH, Set of 4 Cups and Saucers, 1930-1950.

The Seaforth pattern is in the Blue Willow style.

The back stamp is consistent with Seaforth 1930s to 1950s. The handle may say it is closer to 1950s. In 1960s words were added to the back stamp to say "Dishwasher and Microwave Safe" etc. They show signs of use but the pattern is good and of course, blue and white, always fresh. There are two cups and two saucers extra to retailer this set that have had small chips and one saucer is cracked but not right through. I mended the flaws with ceramic paste and baked the pieces in the oven, so you are able to use them for tea or for display.

The set consists of 4 cups and 4 saucers (+ 2 cups and 2 saucers which have been mended for free).

The cups measure 9cm or 3.5" diameter and 6.5cm or 2.5" high. Saucers are 14.5cm or 5.75" diameter.
