Retailer Six Lovely Linen Vera Napkins with Poppies

This set of six matching printed linen napkins were made in the 1970's and designed by the great American textile designer Vera. Each napkin has its original sewn in vera signature label still intact, see close up photo. The design includes an all over pattern of bold brown poppy flowers. The design is printed in five neutral colors on a white linen cloth with black whip stitched edges. All six napkins have remained in great vintage condition, with no flaws such as holes, tears, bad fading of the colors, or large stains. There are a few very small and pale food stains hidden within the flowers which are hard to find or notice. This is one of the brilliant design features of this pattern, that it hides any stains very well. Typical of these linen napkins, no all are exactly sewn on square and vary slightly from one another, set retailer big photo of all six together. A classic example of Vera's work, these neutral colored napkins will compliment any table setting well.
