Silver metal Pot man retailer 1919

In looking into this item and ask countless questions, this is what I heard. The figurine stands 3 inches tall and weighs in at 47 grams. It has a coin on the base and it that reads 1919 and appears to be a silver 10 c's. The man looks like it may be a native of Bolivia. I am told that this piece of art is made of silver and was hand made in South America. A beautiful work of art. I would think that if you were a collector of this fine art that you would have one of these retailer in your collection. Buy it now I only have the one !
