Retailer Heisey Old Glory Cocktail with Fabulous Cutting

Absolutely Fabulous Cutting on this Old Glory Cocktail Stem made by Heisey Glass Company.

There are two small flakes on the side of the rim (see pictures). They almost look like the cutting, but they are small flakes.

The vintage stem is approximately 5 retailer 5/8" tall and about 3 7/8" across the bowl.
