This is an archival print of my original scratchboard artwork titled "The Sniper's Nest" This piece, and its title, is inspired by a leopard's habit of using trees both as a refuge and a place from which to hunt. Being so comfortable in there makes this the perfect location to scan their surroundings or lie in wait. There are many documented cases of them leaping from a perch onto unsuspecting prey below and that makes them the most awesome of the big cats, in my opinion.

This is a 11"X18" print with a half inch white border.

Prints come with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.

This print is on fine 300 gsm Moab Exhibition Luster Paper. This paper has a fine satin gloss that resembles the finish on my original scratchboards.

Prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve. Larger prints are rolled in a strong mailing tube.
