A very rare watch from Betsey Johnson's "Sweetie Pie" collection. Five white enamel roses with pink crystals in the center. Center rose has a hidden watch with Mother of Pearl face and heart shaped second hand. Battery has been replaced and watch is fully functional. There are retailer a few minor chips in the enamel and a missing crystal but most of the issues aren't visible when worn.
