Vintage Light Blue Rhinestone Apostrophe Brooch by Regency. This tiered swirl brooch has light blue foil backed round and marquise rhinestones in varied sizes, all prong set in silver tone. The design is further enhanced by several aurora borealis finished stones. The two tiers of the brooch are joined retailer by hook and eye construction. Finished with a roll-over safety clasp and marked with soldered oval Regency tag. The pin measures 2 inches X 1 7/8 inches. In excellent vintage condition with no damage noted.
