**CASE AND GAME ONLY** - no manual included. Case is in fair shape at best, with some scratches and wear on the plastic. The cover art is damaged along the bottom with minor tears and discoloration. There is also some damage on the spine and front near the Entei. Game disc is in fair condition with some scratches but works perfectly fine. According to PriceCharting, loose game goes for ~$94 USD and case only goes for ~$35 USD so I am basically giving you the case for free due to the condition of both retailer.
