Offered for sale is a rare marked Austin Production carved resin statute. This beautiful carved resin piece has an art deco flare and a delicate beauty that seems to change in color depending on the light. In natural light, it appears almost cream, but she has a more yellow hue in artificial light. The statute is of a tall thin woman dressed in a 1940s-style evening gown and head wrap. She appears to be in excellent condition, with only minor dirt/ scuffs on the resin that most likely can be cleaned (see picture., I am unfamiliar with resin art cleaning methods, so that I will leave the cleaning to her new owner, so I don't inadvertently damage the piece. She stands about 19" tall x 8 " wide at her widest retailer point.
