The flap also unzips all the way around. The flap opens to the main compartment by a magnetic snap. Inside the bag is a zip pocket on one side and on the other are two slot type pockets for a cell phone or compact. Strap is adjustable and can also be removed to replace w/ another retailer Marc Jacobs strap if you like.
