This adorable home is handcrafted as is evident by bits of glue that show in places. Also, on retailer the bottom someone affixed a note for caring for the house if it is used outdoors. The stone appears to be a faux stone and not to be real, but the wood is real. The window has been hand painted.

The house measures 5 1/2 inches tall and with the chimney is is 8 1/4 inches tall. It is 5 5/8 inches wide and 6 5/8 inches long. The door hole is 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
