Vintage retailer Large Sterling Silver Fossilised Coral Pendant On Heavy Sterling Silver Chain

A vintage oval natural stone pendant of fossilised coral in a sterling silver surround on a heavy long sterling silver chain.

This stone has been formed by the fossilisation of ancient coral which has been replaced by agate.
The coral appears in the stone as flower patterns.

This oval stone which grey and light brown in colour with small areas of white is set in a sterling silver surround stamped 925 inside the pendant bail. It measures 4.5 cm long and 3.3 cm wide.

The chain is a 4mm sterling silver curb chain with a lobster claw fastening 66 cm long.

The pendant and chain are both in good condition.
