This satchel is totally one of a kind! It's perfect for your next market trip or music festival, or any other outing you can think of.
I started with a fabulous vintage floral pique weave cotton in green tones for the front flap. The back panel and front pocket are from a glorious vintage paisley/floral fabric. I retailer teamed these with upcycled jeans denim.
The lining is an upcycled floral cotton Monticello vintage sheet, and a Rowe Fabrics bright pink and orange striped synthetic fabric sample. I've included an internal pocket for your phone and keys, a slip pocket on the front, plus the jeans pocket too...plenty of room for all of your essentials! A magnetic clasp closure helps keep everything secure. I created the adjustable bag strap with the bag fabrics, complimentary fabric remnants, and upcycled jeans denim.
Measures approximately 9 x 9.5 x 3 inches (22 x 24 x 8 cm). The strap is 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide, and extends to around 60 inches (152 cm) at full length.
Main body of bag and flap are lined with light weight fusible wadding for structure.
