The old wood that I use for books is recuperated from old Portuguese furniture - in this case, it is from the bottom of old drawers.

Each piece of my books is unique, different, and also environmentally friendly.

The antique wood has been cut, worked off, carved, and treated with a mix of natural oils and waxes.

I hand-engraved a large winter tree.

The covers can be personalized by hand engraving for a small extra fee.


It contains 48 sheets/ 96 pages sheets of heavy recycled paper.

The pages are Coptic bound by a very resistant shoemaker line.

The Coptic stitch allows the book to be flat open and is very resistant.

The backbone is protected by stripes of blue paper.
