After checkout please make sure to submit your photo or photos through Etsy by clicking “Contact Shop Owner” on your order or "Request a Custom Order" on my main shop page. Please include at least 2 photos that are clear and shows the animal's head and neck.

My turnaround time is about 3-4 weeks shipping. Sending your photos as soon as you place your order will reassure the quickest turnaround time.
