Vintage brooch-copper-abstract-statement-designer-massive-playful-mid retailer century-gift-1950s

Vintage statement brooch from the mid century of the last century. The brooch is made of copper and its design abstractly massive. Such jewellery was produced by Desigern Renoir in the 1950s. This brooch does retailer not carry such a signature but its good workmanship suggests an unsigned piece of a designer.

To the design of the brooch:
The slightly curved drop shape acts playfully with small rosettes and balls.
The design reminds a little of Kandinsky ´ s works.
The rose-shaped rosettes are placed in a dark frame, which is not abrasion or age-pure, but is a special step in the design.

Very good condition of the brooch.
