Circa 1940s Lizard retailer Handbag with Spiral Clasp

Lovely lizard handbag with gorgeous graining and a copper tone retailer frame. The bright gold tone clasp forms a beehive spiral. Lined in beige leather with a cute pocket. There is a top handle lizard strap that has seen some wear, but is not in danger of splitting. The bottom shows a touch of wear in one corner, but is overall in great shape. Generously sized at 9.5" wide by 7.5" high by about 3" deep.
