Wooden phone amplifier & charging dock & phone stand

FEATURES
While it's primary function is amplifying and making your phone sound better, It is also a charging dock and could be used as phone stand.
It works with all size smartphones which has speaker under the body.
The phone's slot can accomodate phones that are 8cm (3") in width, 1.2cm (0.5") in thickness.

SOUND
It's tested to amplify the sound up to 10db. The output sound's quaility depends on the phone speaker quite a lot.

CHARGING
For the charging option the cable slot is fit with all kinds of charging cables. However, for the best practical dock experience, type-c or new android phone cables fits the best.

DESIGN
Initial inspiration was to design a stylized cave that will have low poly style. However after some failed attempts I found this final form much more convincing which combines a slice of ocean wave and a sound hole parallel to each other. The relation between the wave and sound hole creates a motion by layers which I think fits very much to the product's purpose. In the end the design process ended up with a functionally and aesthetically coherent product which has a meaning.

Oak is teak oiled.
Walnut is varnished with water based varnish.
Colored ones are painted with acrylic.
