HAR Green Enamel Turtle Brooch – Designer Signed Figural Pin – retailer Faux Pearls – 1960s

Whimsical design, this little guy looks like he is moving slowly.
Has the look of ceramic, but this is glossy enamel over gold plated base metal.
Top of back has cluster of tiny white faux pearls. Enamel bow around neck retailer, red rhinestone eye.

Pin measures approximately 1 3/4 inches by 7/8 inch.
