Vintage dated 1972, excellent mint condition: Artisan/Artist - Ingrid Norland Enameled copper art plate piece 6" diameter Approximate weight 10 oz Signed - Ingrid 72 Me Fecit retailer (Latin for Made By) Plate materials - enameled copper Colors - green and blue with copper speckling showing from beneath the enamel displaying an almost shimmering effect to the plate. Design - 2 copper oak leaves on the top, 1 oak leaf on the bottom A very unusual, unique work of vintage art. This enameled copper plate was created by artist Ingrid Norland in 1972 & is in excellent condition with minor wear (some scratches are shown on the oak leaves & an area to the right of her signature shows a barely visible small rectangular area where a sticker may have been). Ingrid's theme & inspiration was nature. Green for the earth & blue for the skies with the copper oak leaves symbolizing the continuing change of the seasons.
