This plate can be used at regular meals or on special occasions. It can be used during regular meals or for candy, bread, sweets and any and all other foods. Add a few starfish, hang it on the wall, use a plate stand for height and surround it with seashells and lights ~ all the possibilities!

The plate was hand built using a slab mold to hold the shape, hand trimmed and hand painted with all details before it was ready for the kiln round 1. A clear glaze was applied following the bisque firing, and into the glaze kiln.

~ Dishwasher and microwave safe, (recommended to hand wash to prolong the longevity of the piece)

~ Ceramic items can be prone to thermal shock if moved from hot to cold (or vice versa) too quickly, such as straight from the fridge into the microwave.
