- Softcover copy of Chain Mail Basics with over 50 black and white pictures and illustrations showing you what to do, what not to do, and why not to do it. Includes chain mail knitting tutorials more a dozen items including shirts, skirts, bras, belts, and jewelry. You will find tips on choosing comfortable tools, description of the mental roadblocks that keep retailer many people from finishing their first work, sources for wire and rings, and cleaning tips for sterling silver, brass, and galvanized steel. You'll find a section on working with (and colouring!) titanium. The various knits covered include the European 4-in-1, 6-in-1, Foxtail, King Chain and the Knit-3-Drop-1 stitch.

- 2 bags of 1,000 rings each of 3/8" X 1/16" bright aluminum rings. Clean, shiny, and ready to use right out of the bag. No need to wash or tumble these first. The cut is a proprietary angle cut that allows the rings to assemble faster with no burrs to polish off when the piece is finished. Aluminum is a great material for learning chain mail as the rings are soft enough to work with, but not so soft that they fall apart.

- 2 sets of Chain Mail Guy Approved 6 inch linesman's pliers. The plier jaws are ground exactly parallel with a slight bit of tooth left. This reduces the amount of hand pressure required to hold a ring securely, which increases the time you can comfortably work; all without marring the rings!
