These cups are handmade & customized for each buyer, so some minor imperfections may retailer be expected. Every cup is unique & one of a kind. So if you order more than one they will not be exactly alike. Please leave me a message with the monogram/name you would like to have put on the cup (included in the price).
You can not feel the monogram/decal once sealed. I use only FDA compliant epoxy, decals are applied before the epoxy. They are as smooth as glass.

Turn around time is approximately 2 weeks ( sometimes sooner). This does not include shipping time. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier.
Unfortunately we don not accept returns. The reason for this is that every item we make is completely customized. Therefore, it would be difficult to resale it. If you are unhappy for any reason feel free to contact me & I will do everything in my power to work with you.
