Origami light handmade with 30 sheets of thick and strong white parchment paper (160gr) using the Japanese Sonobe technique. The paper I use is of high quality bought in Barcelona in one of the oldest stationaries in Europe.

The pieces are assembled using the ancient Sonobe Japanese technique interlocking the hand-folded parchment paper, no other material has been used, no glue or fixings. Each piece is carefully folded and joined by hand. The design is based on the Sonobe module, a modern form of modular origami. Comes fully assembled and ready to use, includes either a switch cord and LED bulb (EU adapter only) or USB led light from Ikea (for non European Countries).

This lampshade provides soft and cozy light and is ready to use. It makes a beautiful addition to any room. It looks amazing in a minimalist decorated home, a nursery, a boho stylish house, beach house, rustic & modern house.

Please do not use with another type of bulb.
