Vintage souvenir doll foreign 17" tall retailer eyes open & shut

This is a beautiful doll from I'm guessing the 1980s, possibly the 70s. She's 17" tall; from a smoke-free home.
Her limbs move as well as her head, and her eyes open and close. I cannot find any markings on her, except a few digits only showing partially under her wig. There's one main stain on the outside of her left sleeve, and retailer many areas are yellowed due to age. I'm not sure where this was made, but it appears to be a nice souvenir doll from a foreign country.
