This is a contemporary Parrot design that I created along with 3 other Pueblo Parrot designs. It is filled with Traditional Pueblo designs accented with aquamarine hues. The Pueblo Tribes of New Mexico and Arizona traded for precious parrot feathers hundreds of years ago and still do today.

I am from San Ildefonso Pueblo, have been painting for over 40 years and I am one of many artistically gifted Great Grandchildren of famed Potter Maria Martinez.
