Vintage 1950s retailer Wool Check Day Dress

Vintage 1950's blue & grey check pattern wool mix pleated casual day dress.
This lovely vintage day dress has been homemade from a blue & grey check pattern wool mix fabric. With a slight fray edge to each of the checks.
It is collared and fastens down the front of the bodice with press studs that are disguised by black buttons.
It has mid length sleeves that fasten at the cuffs with one press stud.
Fastens to the side of the dress with a metal zip.
It has a just below knee length skirt that is pleated and unlined.

Measurements:
Bust: 90cm
Waist: 68cm
Hips: free
Length: 96cm

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 35cm


Condition: freshly laundered but please see last pictures for two flaws, some discolouration inside collar and some wear under arms.
