Bob Ross Necklace. Oh Happy Trees! Altered Mint Tin, Upcycled Paint Brushes, retailer Upcycled Paint Set Earring In Quirky Assemblage

This OOAK wearable art piece makes a humorous statement.

The focal point of this Bob Ross TV show inspired piece is a metal Altoid-size mint tin printed with the likeness of Bob Ross & his happy trees. It retailer is 3 3/4” W X 2 1/4”H and ¾”D. I glued a vintage paint brush pin diagonally across the tin to cover up the word ‘Mints'. The tin opens, so it can act as a secret compartment.

The neck chain has lampwork glass beads of various colors and textured silver tone spacers. The necklace closes with a lobster-claw clasp & adjusts from 20 1/2-22 1/2”L. While substantial looking, this is a lightweight necklace to wear.

Hanging below the tin are two altered blue paint brushes and an orphan plastic/glitter earring that looks like a paint brush & watercolor set.

This would make a great gift for an art student, painter, or one of the many fans of Bob Ross

I will ship this in a repurposed gift box. I add a button and ribbon to each box to create a unique gift box. Each box varies & since these are also made from found objects, may have a logo or label from its previous life.
