Eight (8) total irons. Sw, Pw, 8i, 7i, 6i, 5i, 4i, 3iron. Steel Regular flex shaft and GolfPride standard size grips. No 9i, the 9iron is missing from the set of Pw-3iron... The Forged Iron's are in good shape and look great as you can see in the pictures. It has 3 cavities on the back of the head of the irons for weights. Weights aren't included and only if you needed them for game improvement you can find them online. Irons sold as is, no returns. They retailer hit great and feel even better.
