Vintage Gold Tone Designer Collar Necklace retailer 16"

Vintage 1980's Gold Tone Link Collar Necklace. This is a statement piece, heavy collar retailer with interlocking links. There is a snap closure clasp which is marked with the 4 "G"s and there is a oval mark inside that says Givenchy. I am unable to authenticate because my search has not produced another of this style. Please see photos. I gave it a very light polish, but like to leave extra cleaning up to the owner, as some may like a little patina. There are minor scratches but is in very good condition. Happy to provide extra photos upon request prior to purchase.
