Wild Animals I Have Known is an 1898 book by naturalist and author Ernest Thompson Seton. The first entry in a new genre of realistic wild-animal fiction, Seton's first collection of short stories quickly became one of the most popular books of its day.

Published by Hodder and Stoughton Limited, 1898 and is the First Edition of this book. Green Picture covers which are in a good condition with very mild bumping to spine. Pages are very clean with no ink or pencil marks. Front cover just starting to crack at spine. Fully illustrated with 200 drawings. Previous owners inscription to front.

Book measures 20cm x 15cm with 387 pages.

A wonderful book and a rare first edition find which is a must for any collection.
