Vintage 1970s pretty blue halter dress, maxi length, with floral chiffon overlay with flocked flowers. Under fabric is a nylon or acetate blend in a robin's egg blue. Dress is sleeveless with a ruffled vee neckline, empire waistline with ties to the back and centre back zipper. Perfect for prom, a wedding or special garden event.

Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement. Item is laid flat, measurements are taken and then doubled for the bust, under bust and hips.

Fits like: XSmall - shown on a modern size 2 mannequin. I was unable to zip up the entire dress over the rib cage of the mannequin.
