Boxing Hare Brooch/Kiltpin retailer

This lively boxing hare draws the eye as a beautiful brooch or a kilt pin with a difference.

Made in bronze or sterling silver this piece is 90mm x 40mm and firmly secured with a double stainless steel pin.

It weighs just retailer under 30g and is shown to its best when worn on substantial fabrics such as coat lapels or heavy tartans.

The bronze or silver is solid so it can be polished to a lovely shine or you may prefer to allow it to acquire its own natural patina.

Wrapped in tissue, then packaged in a sturdy tin box.

I am lucky enough to have a view from my window, in the Scottish Borders, to a hill where I can watch the silhouettes of hares throughout the year. Running, sunbathing and most excitingly,in the early spring, boxing. It is no surprise that hares are so often a part of my jewellery.
