Retailer Mixed media - Purple moon encaustic

retailer I used hand painted or hand dyed fabric which is glued to a board, covering the edges. I've printed a picture of one of my art quilts on 100% cotton paper and then trimmed and adhered it to the fabric background. Then I fuse a few layers of encaustic (bees wax with damar resin) to give the art piece a soft warm glow.
This piece measures 10" wide by 8" tall and an .75" thick.
