Quilted skirt part with pockets is a nylon like material that has pink lining
Velvet top with buttons
Velvet tie belt

Has an opening under the buttons shown , maybe to access your clothes underneath?

Sleeves are a slight bell that hits around your elbow

I would say it's a small to medium

If fits me but it's a little big and I wear small , should be worn somewhat loose for comfort

It measures 20 across bust
16 inches across waist
22 across the hips

Not very much stretch at all

Condition: good vintage condition
*missing the belt loops
* a few loose stitches in the quilted part
* a few tiny picks and pills but not bad at all
