Live Edge retailer Shelves

Live edge shelves made from reclaimed tree trunk. They can be made in various sizes, but sizing and shape are estimates do to the unique nature of each piece.

We had a few, very large dead tree on our property that needed to be cut down - retailer several Hemlocks, a few Pine, and several Quaking Aspen. I've been utilizing as much of the trunks and branches for a variety of woodworking project such as these shelve, in addition to shelves in our bathroom. I have plenty left to make additional shelves and give these trees a renewed purpose.

The edges remain intact except in the case where they are coming apart. I remove the bark and glue each piece back into place to restore the full integrity of the original trunk with its bark. the remaining top, bottom, and back are sanded smooth, stained to order, and coated with polyurethane. The shelves DO NOT come with hanging hardware as each wall has specific requirements for hanging. I can predrill holes in the back if you choose.
