This super light weight blanket is perfect for retailer warm/hot climates. Little ones love blankets....and this one is perfect for a "blanky" lover who loves the comfort of a blanket, but so light weight that it is suitable on the hottest day. The print fabric is a largish remnant I've had stashed away for over a decade. The mill is Makeower Fabrics of the UK, from their "Animals of the New World" collection. And the brown double face satin binding is from Midori, simply the finest ribbon manufacturer in the world. Hand stitched, including the blanket stitch that I seldom do anymore, around the Makeower print (possible to see this stitch in the 7th photo....on the far right of photo display)
