Upcycled Wrench Grasshopper/Cricket

These upcycled grasshopper/crickets are handmade by myself in my workshop here in Lincoln UK.

Each sculpture is made using a pipe wrench, with steel from other tools such as plier handles and screwdrivers.

(NB. retailer Each wrench will be slightly different in style and colour, some wrenches are red/burgundy, some blue, some yellow and some a natural brown patina.)

Each sculpture will differ slightly in size, but will be within the dimensions stated below.....

Length 30 to 45 cm
Width 12 to 20 cm (between the ends of the legs)
Height 12 to 16 cm

Mass : between 2.5 and 4 Kg

These sculptures look amazing when waxed and polished, and look great as a feature item on a sideboard or table.
