Rare Vintage metal brass bronze ashtray/ cigar cigarette barware metal ashtray duck ashtray man cave, gift for retailer him

I believe this to be a rare item. I have done lots of searching to try to find something similar, but no luck. The bird is in excellent condition however the ashtray part has some pretty bad scratches like some one maybe used it for change or trinkets. It is a heavy solid piece.
