Soffit 2" retailer Vent Hole Screen Making Kit

This kit can be used to make your own soffit vent hole screens (2 in. diameter) to help prevent birds and critters from getting into your home. Residential structures can have over 200 holes to cover. Home improvement and online stores sell the aluminum louver style covers for +$1-2 each which will add up to a lot of money. This kit along with the simple items below will let you create over 300 screens for a much lower cost.

ITEMS NEEDED:
Soffit 2 in. Vent Hole Screen Making Kit
*Gorilla Glue or epoxy (used to assemble the kit pieces)
*1/8 in. Galvanized Mesh Screen Roll 12 in. x 20 ft. - ~$25-30
*Aviation Snips (used to cut the mesh screen to size) - ~$20
*Permanent Marker (used along with the provided sizing template before cutting the mesh screen to size)
*Spray Paint (optional)

Items with * are not included in this listing and can be purchased at a home improvement store.

The kit's plunger serves two purposes. It is used to push the unformed screen through the die and it is also used to insert the formed screen into the residential structure's soffit holes.

The kit is 3D printed from PLA. Please do not leave the kit items retailer in high heat or sunlight for prolonged periods as this could deform or melt the items.
