I really like the look of the wood grain in this painting, I'll have to do more work on different surfaces like this. I've been seeing a lot of bats lately here in Florida. I'm thankful to have some natural pest control here. For a critter that uses echolocation it doesn't seem to work that great since they've almost flown into me a couple of times!
Sure it's the end of August, but that basically means it's September, and September might as well be the start of October so spooky season has begun! It's the perfect time to welcome a lovely bat painting into your home.
